The Workshop Gym has been operating successfully in Birkenhead for 14 years and whilst not large in area we are huge in terms of service, personality and passion for our business and for our community. 

With an experienced and enthusiastic team of trainers and a broad range of interests and knowledge, The Workshop Gym team can offer you a variety of training solutions to suit your goals whether they be based around fitness, aesthetics, performance or health. Our team are here to assist you as best we can whilst showing you that training should always be fun as well as effective.

OPENING HOURS - Booking essential.

Monday to Thursday  -  5.30am to 8.30pm

Friday  -  5.30am to 7pm

Saturday  -  6.30am to 3pm

Sunday & Public Holidays  -  CLOSED
